Purchase Orders

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Simply email us and tell us the product(s) that you would like to order. Please include your purchase order number and your organization's name & billing address. An invoice will be emailed to you to confirm the order. Upon the receipt of the confirmation, your order will be shipped.

 

Audio Products


 

What is an Audio book, workshop, seminar or a MP3 product?

An audio program or a MP3 is a digital product that you can download and listen to with a portable device, such as an iPod or other MP3 player or on a computer. MP3 is the name of a digital file format.

 

How do I get my audio program?

You should be able to download immediately after paying for your item at PayPal if your payment is cleared. Once you click on the "Continue" link at PayPal, you will be taken to a download page. If the order has not been processed, or the payment is pending, then you will receive an email with the download links when the transaction has completed.

What kind of devices do I need to listen to an audio program?

You can listen on most MP3-compatible devices, such as an iPod, the Zune, and desktop and laptop computers, etc.

Can I listen in my car?

Yes. Depending on your vehicle's sound system, you should have several options: linking up your iPod or other MP3 player through a cable or Bluetooth connection; plugging in a USB thumb drive, SD card, or other type of memory device; or playing a CD that you've burned on your computer.

What is a PDF?


A PDF is a Portable Document Format, which can be viewed and printed by anyone, anywhere, across a broad range of hardware and software.

 

I've never used a PDF before. What do I need to do?


You need the Adobe Reader (Version 4 or higher), which can be downloaded for free. Download it here.

 

Shipping

 

Will I be notified of my shipping status?


You will receive an email notifying you when your item(s) have been shipped.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?


For items that are instant downloads you will receive it immediately after your payment clears. All of our print items are done on-demand after an order is placed. Normally, orders are received within 10-14 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when your item has left our printer’s facility.

 

Returns/Refunds

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for printed books, DVDs and CD’s within 14 days of the date that you received your order for books, DVDs and CDs. For a full refund minus shipping and handling your item should be mailed with the original packing slip to:
